Jonathan Mountford
Managing Director
After graduating in Theatre Studies from the University of Surrey, Jonathan held the posts of Publicity Assistant at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre and Box Office Finance Clerk at the National Exhibition Centre before moving on to the Birmingham Hippodrome to take up the position of Direct Marketing Officer.
In 1994, he joined the recently-formed marketing agency aka (Adam Kenwright Associates), followed by a stretch as the Press Officer at the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith.
After a further spell at advertising agency HARDSELL, he was appointed the youngest-ever Marketing Manager at West End ticketing agency Applause, leaving to join the full service agency McCABES.
After 6 years at McCABES he was invited to join Dewynters to create a Tourism Marketing Division. Dewynters offer innovative media, marketing, sales and creative solutions for the global entertainment industry.
Jonathan sits on the British Tourism Industry Group and Americas Interest Group at VisitBritain (VisitBritain is a non-departmental Public Body funded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport)
David Fearns
Head of Marketing
David first joined Stuart Littlewood at Handshake Ltd promoting and producing concerts across the world. One of the highlights of his time at Handshake was touring the UK with the hit 70’s musical Oh! What a Night
David then joined the Marketing team at The Lowry, Salford Quays, one of the North-West’s leading arts venues. During his time David working on the marketing campaigns for countless major productions including Les Miserables, West Side Storyand White Christmas the Musical and the world premiere of Corrie!
After leaving The Lowry, David joined the Ambassador Theatre Group as Marketing Manager of two of their flagship regional venues, the Palace Theatre and Opera House Manchester. David led the team during the campaign for the record breaking world premiere of GHOST The Musicalas well as campaigns for MAMMA MIA! Sister Act The Musical, Legally Blondeand Dirty Dancing – plus many more!
Kirsty O'Mahony

Kirsty O'Mahony has over 15 years experience of designing and developing merchandise and print material for a diverse range of clients.
Having started originally as a graphic designer, Kirsty progressed to managing the design studio for Global Marketing Group and then broadened her skill set to encompass the management and development of e-commerce websites for the group.
Kirsty has managed accounts for numerous West End theatrical productions, as well as a wide range of corporate clients and charitable foundations.
Kirsty is delighted to be on the board of directors and excited about the future of made.
John Samsom

John Sansom has over 15 years experience of putting into place cost effective and imaginative PR campaigns.
John Sansom spent the first half of his life as a journalist, working on national newspapers, radio and trade magazines. He knows what the press want, and, just as importantly; what they don't!
We are now using this wide ranging experience to underpin a new initiative to make sure that our clients not only continue to foster good relations with relevant journalists (as they always have done) but now take advantage of the massive growth in the demand for web content and the potential global markets it can reach.
John also runs his own highly respected PR company based within the same office complex as made.
Rose Reyes
North American Tourism Consultant
Rosemarie Reyes was born in New York and began working in tourism with tour wholesalers in New York and France. In 2002, she started Roseworks Marketing, a strategic communications consulting firm specialising in tourism and entertainment.
Her many clients include Broadway/West End shows such as MAMMA MIA!, WICKED, BLUE MAN GROUP, and CHICAGO. Tour wholesalers, like Travel Bound (A Travelport Company), AlliedTPro (Kuoni Travel Group), Destination Management organisations such as the California State Tourism Office, and marketing alliances like Shop America Alliance/Tours.
Matt Littlechild
Marketing Officer - Live Entertainment & Sport
Matt was born and raised in Cambridge where he attended The Leys School. Upon finishing, he took a year out in which he spent most of it in the Central Coast, NSW, Australia working in a school in the sports department. When he returned to the UK, Matt studied a BA in Sports Marketing and PR at Leeds Metropolitan University, graduating in July 2011.
He has previous work experience at First Artist Sport agency, and BBC Radio Cambridgeshire and has joined made as a Marketing Officer – Live Entertainment & Sport
